The total relative uncertainty on the data point is calculated when querying data as the square root of the square sum of the uncertainty given by the noise model (MepDat.StanDevi) and the uniform uncertainty (MepHea.StanDeviUn). QUALITY x Data quality indicator. The field value an be either 0, 1, 2 or 3. 0 = the quality of the datum is not evaluated. 1 = the datum is good/reliable, 2 = the datum is doubtful and 3 = the datum is bad.
