STANDEVIUN Uniform uncertainty for all data in the dataset. It is a relative uncertainty (one standard deviation) on data given as a factor. The total relative uncertainty on each data point is calculated when querying data as the square root of the square sum of the uncertainty given by the noise model (MepDat.StanDevi) and the uniform uncertainty (MepHea.StanDeviUn). The absolute uncertainty (length of error bar) on the data point is found by multiplying and dividing the data value by the factor, respectively. NUMBER 4 3
